Why a workshop
Most weaning advice is either too vague (“just offer water”) or too rigid (“follow this 7-day method”). Neither fits a real toddler, a real night, or a real family.
This workshop gives you something different: two and a half hours in a small group, with structured guidance, time to think, and a written plan you actually leave with. Not a method to follow. A plan that fits your child, your family rhythm, and what you can honestly carry through.
Who this is for
The workshops are created for parents in the Netherlands who are:
- thinking about reducing or stopping breastfeeding
- moving away from bottles or night feeds
- working through milk-to-sleep patterns in older babies and toddlers
- tired of conflicting advice and want a clearer head
- raising children across cultures and looking for support that respects that
Babies in arms under 12 months are welcome with one parent or caregiver who can entertain them or walk outside if they get too upset.
